## **גרסה 1.0.0**

בנייה 7 · דורש macOS 15 ואילך

TableStudio 1.0 is here. Everything from the betas, plus:

### Remote MCP

- Use your databases from Claude on the web and on your phone, from Grok, and from bots built on AI APIs. They get only the tools and databases you choose in Settings → Remote MCP, through a Cloudflare Tunnel from your Mac while TableStudio is open
- Apps sign in with OAuth, and you allow each one on your Mac. Bots that can't sign in use an access token
- Every database starts Off, and a remote app never gets more than that database's agent access. Changes still follow its review rules
- Every remote call goes in the Audit Log with the app's name
- Optionally share your Supabase, Neon and PlanetScale tools too
- Use a free temporary address with no Cloudflare account, or an address on your own domain that never changes

### Reach from Mac, iPad & iPhone

- Turn it on for a database on this Mac, and your other Macs, iPads and iPhones on the same Apple Account can connect to it from anywhere, through a Cloudflare Tunnel, while this Mac is awake with TableStudio open
- Works with any database on your Mac: Docker, Postgres.app, Homebrew or TableStudio's own local servers
- Only your devices can connect: each connection is protected by a token that syncs through iCloud
- A toolbar button shows when another device is connected, with Disconnect

### New databases

- SQL Server, MariaDB and CockroachDB are now supported
- Run a local CockroachDB server from Local Databases
- MariaDB and MySQL servers installed with Homebrew connect without asking for a password

### Agent Center

- A new Agent Center shows what your coding agents did with your databases, chat by chat
- When an agent proposes a change, you review it first. You see whether it's safe, its impact, a schema diagram and how to undo it, and you can ask for changes or apply it with Touch ID
- Choose what agents can do with each database: Off, Structure only, Read, or Read & write
- Customize… any database: for row changes, schema changes and deletes, choose whether agents apply them directly, propose them for your review, or never make them. Add safety nets: a dry run first, Touch ID to apply, and a restore point before anything runs
- Undo AI changes: before an agent or the in-app AI changes data, TableStudio saves the rows it touches, so a wrong WHERE is one click to undo from the Agent Center. Schema backups and full restore points can be set for all databases or per database
- Risky writes, like writing to production without a dry run, are stopped and listed
- A To Do card on the overview lists plugin updates and other things to fix, each with a button to fix it
- Connect Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or OpenCode in one click, and get told when their plugin has an update
- A restore or copy an agent can't run itself waits in your Inbox with an Open button, instead of opening a window on its own
- Agents can ask you to delete the databases and backups they made, and you confirm in one step
- Update one agent's plugin, or all of them at once

### Agent tools

- Each agent chat picks its own working database and never falls back to production
- Agents can now list and cancel running queries, search server logs and remove sandboxes
- A batch of statements runs in one transaction and rolls back if a row count changes
- Dry runs warn when a WHERE matches nearly a whole table, and flag migrations that would lock a big table or fail on existing rows
- Read-only tools are marked read-only, so agents ask you for permission less often
- Optionally let agents copy a local database's connection string into your project's .env
- Dry runs check schema changes against your data (duplicates before UNIQUE, empty values before NOT NULL), and a proposed change says if it would fail
- Query results keep exact values: NaN, infinity, very large numbers and very old dates come back as the database stores them
- Reads of big tables come back much faster
- A database made on a shared local server gets a login of its own, so its connection string can't open the server's other databases. That login owns everything in the database, restored tables included, so your project's migrations can change them
- A read that runs past the 30-second limit stops once and says so, instead of running a second time
- Proposed changes that would fail are caught before you apply them: a unique index on an expression over duplicate values, and CREATE INDEX CONCURRENTLY inside a transaction
- Agents that stay connected while TableStudio updates are told to reload its tools
- Agents can reach TableStudio after a launch that restored no window: it opens its main window and starts the MCP server, instead of waiting for a click
- A read that spills to disk stops at 2 GB of temporary files on local servers, and a dry run of TRUNCATE says how many rows it deletes
- Schema comparisons write a renamed column as a rename, not a drop and add

### Connections

- Import connections from the .env, docker-compose and wrangler files in your projects
- Import databases from Amazon RDS, with IAM sign-in or passwords from Secrets Manager
- Sign in with Cloudflare to import your D1 databases
- Import connections from TablePro, passwords included
- Open a connection without saving it. Temporary connections go away when you quit
- Give a connection its own icon: a symbol, an image or initials, with an optional database type badge
- New Welcome screen layouts: project cards, compact projects, project tree or a flat list
- ⌘-click a connection to open it in a new window

### Local Databases

- Redesigned Local Databases window, with an overview of each server
- Find the database servers already on your Mac (Homebrew, Postgres.app and installers), then start, stop and back them up here
- Copy a server's connection as a URL, DATABASE\_URL, JDBC URL or psql/mysql command
- Port conflicts are explained, and you can move a server to another port
- Turn on pg\_stat\_statements for a local PostgreSQL server with one restart
- Local connections now use "localhost" instead of your Mac's network IP

### Queries and sandboxes

- Query Insights replaces the Optimizer and Query Lab. It checks each slow query against its plan and indexes and suggests a fix
- A sandbox with sample data now gets just the rows you asked for, plus the rows they reference. Before, it could end up with the whole database
- Fake data in a sandbox uses the real values of columns like status and tier
- Migrating into MySQL or MariaDB stores NaN and infinity as NULL instead of failing, and a failed copy into an empty database is undone
- Migrating into a database that already has those tables is stopped before anything runs, instead of failing halfway
- A restored database gets fresh statistics, so its query plans match the original
- Copying into SQLite is several times faster

### Everything else

- Use local AI models from Ollama, LM Studio or llama.cpp: free, private and no API key
- Redesigned onboarding that finds your local databases, scans your code for connections and connects your coding agent
- A Set Up checklist in the toolbar walks you through adding a database, connecting AI and adding TableStudio to your coding agent
- Search connections and actions from the menu bar, and stop every local server at once
- Notifications now include migrations to review, app updates and agent plugin updates
- Fixed dates and timestamps in PostgreSQL being shifted by your Mac's time zone, both when shown and when edited
- Fixed selecting items in the menu bar
